The 15.5% really does put me off but I've tried a Chalk Hill or two in the past and been satisfied, so I may have a look. Reckon one of the best things about the Coriole is they've gradually dialled the "McLaren Vale" out of the wine. Very noticeable in the 09 I thought. I'm guessing vine age may have something to do with this. <br /><br />Uncle Dan's are now offering a Carpineto sangiovese under screwcap for less than $20, I may have to throw this into the mix as well...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
